FPVUA Service Maintenance (3 months)

SERVICE MAINTENANCE TERMS

1. General provisions
The additional service “FPVUA Service Maintenance for 3 months” gives the customer the right to free service maintenance and repair of an FPV drone purchased on the website fpvua.com for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The service is optional and is arranged separately from the standard product warranty.

2. What is included in the service maintenance

• Free drone diagnostics at the FPVUA service center.
• Free technician labor when performing repairs, tuning or replacing components.
• Free preventive maintenance and inspection of the drone (firmware updates, calibration, inspection of connections, checking PID/Rate profiles).
• Consultations and technical support from FPVUA specialists.

The cost of spare parts (frames, motors, ESCs, cameras, VTXs, flight controllers, etc.) is paid separately according to the current prices at the time of repair.

3. Service conditions

• Service maintenance is valid only for drones purchased from FPVUA.
• The drone must be provided to the service complete with all key components.
• The repair is carried out within the technical capabilities of the service and subject to availability of spare parts.
• Delivery of the drone to the service center is at the customer's expense.
• All work is carried out only at the FPVUA service center.

4. Service procedure

1. The customer contacts the FPVUA service via the form on the website or by sending a message in Telegram.
2. The drone is delivered to the service center in any convenient way.
3. Diagnostics are carried out (free of charge).
4. After agreement with the customer, the repair is carried out with free technician labor.
5. The customer pays only for the necessary spare parts if they need to be replaced, at a discounted price.

5. Term of validity

Service maintenance is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase of the service or from the date of purchase of the drone (if arranged at the same time).
