We know that FPV is not only fun but also carries risks. That’s why we created a service that takes care of your gear. 
We carefully inspect every product, but if a malfunction still occurs — FPVUA Warranty will handle it. The warranty covers all cases of manufacturing defects within 1 year after purchase: from electronic faults to assembly or material issues. We will quickly repair or replace your product so you can get back in the air without delay.

If you didn’t use the service

No repairs during the warranty period?
We’ll refund 100% of the service cost as an FPVUA store certificate. Refunds can be requested within 30 days after the warranty expires.

Non-warranty repair

We repair even what is usually not covered by warranty. If restoration is impossible or impractical (non-warranty service), your device will be returned without extra charges.
Examples of non-warranty cases:
Power surge
Liquid damage
Mechanical damage
Other factors not related to manufacturing defects

Service purchase conditions

The device must have a serial number.
The service is purchased together with the device.
To activate, simply add the “+1 Year Warranty” service to your cart.
After purchase, keep the receipt and warranty card — these confirm activation.
