DELIVERY

We deliver across Ukraine using one of the most popular carriers on the market: Nova Poshta.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost may depend on the weight, size and distance of the delivery location. You can check the delivery rates on the website of the carrier you choose.

Delivery time

If the order is placed before 17:00, your order will be handed over to the delivery service on the same day.
If the order is placed after 17:00, it will be shipped no later than the next day.

Delivery payment

Delivery is paid by the Buyer according to the rates of the selected carrier. If the product is sent with the “Cash on Delivery” option, you should take into account the amount charged by the delivery service for the money transfer.
The money transfer fee charged by the delivery service is paid by the Buyer.

Delivery terms

If the order value is up to UAH 300, shipment is made after full prepayment.
If the order amount exceeds UAH 300, in this case it is necessary to make a non-refundable prepayment of UAH 300 using the company’s payment details, and the remaining amount must be paid by the Buyer upon receiving the product.

Guarantees and insurance

Some delivery services offer insurance for orders to compensate for loss or damage to goods during delivery.

The Seller is not responsible for the product after it has been handed over to the delivery service chosen by the Buyer.
