Delivery and payment

DELIVERY

We deliver across Ukraine and internationally via the most popular carriers on the market: Nova Poshta, Meest Express, and Ukrposhta.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost may depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination distance. You can check the delivery rates on your chosen carrier’s website.

Delivery time

If the order is placed by 16:00, it will be handed over to the carrier the same day.
If the order is placed after 16:00, it will be shipped no later than the next day.

Delivery payment

Delivery is paid by the Buyer according to the selected carrier’s rates. If the goods are sent on a “Cash on Delivery (COD)” basis, please consider the amount charged by the carrier for the transfer of funds.
The fee for the transfer of funds charged by the carrier is paid by the Buyer.

Delivery terms

If the order amount is up to 300 UAH — shipment is made after full prepayment.
If the order amount exceeds 300 UAH — you must make a non-refundable prepayment of 300 UAH to the company’s bank details; the remaining amount is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

Guarantees and insurance

Some delivery services offer insurance for orders to compensate for loss or damage to goods during transportation.

The Seller is not responsible for the goods after they have been handed over to the delivery service chosen by the Buyer.
