WARRANTY

Dear Customers!
We are pleased to provide a warranty for drones and components purchased from our FPVUA store. Our goal is to provide you with reliable, high-quality equipment for enjoyable flights and confidence in its long-term operation. Below are the main terms of our warranty:

Warranty Period
We provide a limited warranty that is valid from 14 up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that may affect the normal functioning of the drone or components and other products presented on the website. 

The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- improper use of the product that does not comply with its intended purpose and the manufacturer’s instructions;
- products with signs of third-party repair or tampering;
- products damaged or having defects resulting from natural disasters or severe weather events;
- products used in adverse weather conditions, contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;
- the product was used by the buyer for commercial purposes;
- violation of the operating and start-up rules for this product as specified in the documentation;
- use of third-party software or outdated versions to operate the product;
- during inspection, damage is found as a result of: moisture ingress, low or high temperatures, excessive weight, corrosion processes, chemicals, high pressure, foreign objects or insects, hair, etc.;
- use of parts incompatible with the product, or those not listed in the official documentation;
- damage caused by user error in operating or controlling the product and not related to a manufacturing defect (for example: use in areas with increased electromagnetic activity—high-voltage power lines, TV or radio towers, power plants, signal-jamming zones—or amid interference from other wireless devices).
- products damaged due to operation with damaged, worn-out, or discharged batteries or power cells.
- products modified or altered by the buyer (including connecting third-party devices, chargers, etc.).
- abuse or misuse of the battery or charger, replacement of the board.
- exceeding the operating limits for the product and its casing specified in the instructions.
- signs of replacement or falsification of the product (different markings, barcode, other components).
