RETURN OF GOODS

The Buyer has the right to return to the Seller goods of proper quality if the goods did not satisfy the Buyer for any reason. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out provided that the goods have not been used and that their товарний вигляд, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels, as well as the payment document issued to the Buyer for the purchase of the goods, are preserved. The list of goods that are not subject to return on the grounds provided for in this clause is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Refund of the cost of goods of proper quality to the Buyer is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Seller receives such Goods, provided that the requirements set out in clause 6.1 of the Agreement and the applicable legislation of Ukraine are met.

The cost of the goods shall be refunded by bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.

Return of goods of proper quality to the Seller’s address is made at the Buyer’s expense and is not reimbursed to the Buyer by the Seller.

If, within the установленого гарантійного строку, defects in the goods are found, the Buyer personally, in the manner and within the сроки established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right to предъявити to the Seller the claims предусмотрені by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. When предъявленні claims for free устранення of defects, the time limit for their устранення is counted from the date the Seller receives the Goods at its disposal.

Consideration of claims предусмотрених by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” is carried out by the Seller provided that the Buyer submits the documents required by the applicable legislation of Ukraine. The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the Goods that arose after they were handed over to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s violation of the rules of use or storage of the Goods, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

The Buyer may use the option of exchange or return if:
- there are no signs of use of the goods (including scuffs, scratches, cracks, stains, etc.);
- the original factory seals and markings (labels) are preserved;
- the original box of the goods is preserved in proper condition;
- the комплектation of the goods is complete and соответствует the original комплектation;
- the receipt is available and the goods correspond to what is specified in it;
- the товарний appearance and consumer qualities are preserved;
- the administration of the online store, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, reserves the right to refuse the Buyer if the goods belong to the group of goods that are not subject to return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

The Buyer has no right to отказаться from goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if such goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased them (including, at the Buyer’s request, non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, комплектation, etc.). Confirmation that the goods have individually defined properties is the difference in the size of the goods and other characteristics specified on the Website.
