The “+1 Year Warranty” service starts immediately after the 14-day exchange and return period ends. 

An additional warranty from FPVUA is your confidence in every flight.
We know that FPV is not only fun, but also a risk. That's why we created a service that takes care of your equipment. 
We carefully check each product, but if a malfunction does occur, the FPVUA warranty will take care of it. The warranty covers all cases of factory defects within 1 year after purchase: from electronics defects to assembly or material problems. We will quickly repair or replace the product so that you can fly without interruption again.

If you did not use the service

There was no repair? Did not use our services?
We will refund 100% of the cost of the service in the form of a certificate from the FPVUA store. Refunds are made upon request within 30 days after the expiration of the warranty.

Non-warranty repairs

We repair even things that are usually not covered by warranty. If repair is impossible or impractical (non-warranty service), your device will be returned at no extra cost.
Examples of non-warranty cases:
Power surge
Liquid spillage
Mechanical damage
Other factors not related to factory defect

Terms of service purchase

The device must have a serial number.
The service is purchased at the same time as the device.
To activate, simply add the “Warranty +1 Year” service to your cart.
After purchase, save the receipt and warranty card — this is confirmation of activation.
