GEPRC RAD VTX 1.6W is a 5.8 GHz analog video transmitter for compatible FPV drones and other radio-controlled equipment. It is used to transmit a video signal from the camera during hobby, training, and sports flights, provided it is compatible with the specific FPV system.
The video transmitter supports Pit/25 mW/200 mW/600 mW/1600 mW power modes. The design has a two-layer board to separate the power supply and main section, as well as to dissipate heat during operation. The board includes a built-in microphone, support for input voltage from 7 to 36 V, an MMCX connector, and 30.5×30.5 mm mounting holes.

Compatibility
Before installation, it is necessary to check the video transmitter’s compatibility with the flight controller, camera, antenna, power supply, mounting holes, VTX control protocol, and frequency settings. Use of the video transmitter must comply with local rules and permitted parameters for radio frequency equipment.
Warning
1. Install a compatible antenna before powering on.
2. To reduce the risk of overheating, ensure ventilation and sufficient cooling during operation. An additional fan may be required in enclosed builds.
3. The 5 V output is intended only for powering a compatible camera or cooling fan. Do not connect the battery or main power supply to the 5 V output, as this may damage the VTX.
